We're Hiring - Software Developer

Back from a short hiatus and ready to serve up some new content ... when I was informed to get the word out that espi is looking for a skilled software developer.

espi (Enterprise Systems Partners Inc.) located in Bethlehem, PA is looking for an experienced software developer for an assignment in Allentown PA. The expected duration is 6 to 12 months with the project work being performed onsite.

Requirements of the Software Developer:

• Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least four years of software application development experience is necessary
• Knowledge and proven experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and SQL is required.
• Familiarity with modern architectures and framework (e.g., SOA, MVC) is a plus

Skills of the Software Developer: 

• Proven and experience in taking a project from concept to implementation
• Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering
• Excellent communication skills (as this is a client facing engagement)
• Demonstrated architecture design, programming and documentation skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and applying sound application design principles
• Ability to work independently
